3. Job Description:
   • Review, research, and provide regular or case-based legal advice to domestic clients and foreign investors on matters regarding corporate law, investment, business, commerce, real estate, labor, and intellectual property;
   • Handle administrative procedures at competent state authorities related to investment, corporate licensing, land, labor, and intellectual property;
   • Advise and support clients in resolving disputes in civil, commercial, labor, intellectual property, and other relevant sectors;
   • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Full-time program);
• Prior experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in English (Legal English is an advantage);
• Strong analytical and logical legal thinking;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, conduct research, and collaborate effectively in a team;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office software;
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
