   4. Job Description

   Provide legal advice and handle matters across various sectors, including investment, real estate, corporate, commercial services, labor, intellectual property, litigation, etc., including but not limited to:

   • Researching case files, documents, and legal regulations to provide legal opinions;
   • Preparing and drafting dossiers and documents related to specific cases;
   • Liaising and working with state authorities and relevant agencies to execute legal procedures;
   • Managing and executing tasks as assigned by supervising Lawyers;
   • Performing other related duties.
   5. Requirements
      • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from reputable institutions: Hanoi Law University, VNU School of Law, Trade Union University, Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc.;
      • Priority given to candidates who have completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy;
      • Priority given to candidates with prior experience in law firms or legal consultancy units;
      • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently;
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
      • Passionate, dedicated, persistent, meticulous, and capable of working under high pressure;
      • Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing). Candidates with international English certificates are highly preferred.
