Ms. Ha is a Lawyer and Intellectual Property Attorney with 35 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property; Technology Transfer; Settlement of Disputes in the field of Intellectual Property; Domestic and Foreign Investment; Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Ms. Ha has special strengths in the field of legal advice and support for clients to register intellectual property rights and enforce rights in Vietnam and abroad, consulting on technology transfer.

Ms. Ha has good cooperating relation with State agencies in the field of intellectual property, agencies that ensure the enforcement of intellectual property rights such as the National Office of Intellectual Property, the Copyright Office, the Customs office.
